Client confidentiality is of absolute importance to us and we are fully aware of maintaining confidentially when it comes to the affairs of each client in line with Core Duty 6 of the Bar Standards Board’s Handbook and rC89.5. To make sure that there is no conflict of interests with any client, we conduct a conflict check to ensure that we are able to act. We also seek to ensure that any data provided is protected.
